After-sales common problems ：

1, The phenomenon:  can't open the serial port

 Analysis: The serial port didn’t choose right 

Solution: Check the port under the device manager list, silicon LABS SP210X USB TO UART BRIDGE, corresponding to the com port , and adjust the same one in debugging assistant 


2, phenomenon: No response after handshake 

Analysis: RXD, TXD cable connection is not normal
Solution: 

(1) To check whether the RXD and TXD of high-speed download line, and HMI DOUT, DIN is connected correctly.

(2) Confirmed the serial port type is TTL or 232 . Different one with different download line.

(3) Confirm the Parity way is no parity or space parity, The factory default is space parity .
